Ways to Love Yourself
1) Plan time away - Take a trip and go somewhere, soak in a hot tub, eat different kinds of food.
2) Book a therapy session - Mental health is a good way to show self-love
3) Go out and spend time in nature - Fresh air is therapeutic. Outdoor adventure= Smile on your face
4) Adopt a pet - There is nothing better than the unconditional love from a furry friend
5) Do things that make you smile - Pictures, plants and artwork. Expand your hobbies
6) Go Screen Free - Put your phone on "Do Not Disturb". Give yourself peace of mind
7) Permission to say NO! - Allow yourself to say No to people
8) Eat Alone - Treat yourself and bring yourself out!
9) Read a Book - A books is a great escape, keeps your mind active and helps your imagination
10) Exercise - Movement is good and helps your health!
11) Lock the door - Alone time is good for your psyche!
12) Splurge Small splurges are worth it
13) Meditate - Quiet centers you! Calms you!
14) Time for the little things - Clean out your closets, Declutter your kitchen, replant your plants, etc.
15) Ask - Don't be afraid to ask others for what you need or want.
16) Pamper Yourself - Go for a haircut, pedicure, or massage.
17) Journal - Write what makes you happy, songs, notes, bitch and moan!
