A Queen? When I used to see that word all I could think was who would every think they are a queen unless they really are. That type of thinking used to make me feel so insecure. We are all queens and should be treated as one!
I do not Focus on self-care, setting high standards, carry yourself with confidence and grace. Prioritize your needs, and engaging in activities that make you feel empowered and luxurious, like a relaxing bath, massage or wearing gorgeous clothes.
Give ideas to loved one so they can make you feel like the Queen you so deserve to feel like:
1) Clean the house and make it shine.
2) Make your favorite meal.
3) A "pamper" her plan - stress free time
4) Take me down memory lane - Tea, photos and memories
5) Enjoy her favorite activities with her
What is at the core of a Queen?
1) Leader and role model.
2) She is self aware.
3) She is aware of being watched. So she protects her demeanor, words and actions around her peers.
4) She lives with grace, bravery and thoughtfulness. She always shows up with this quality.
5) She is direct - She is not a people pleaser or a pushover.
6) Queens communicate with clarity and confidence. Goals for a Queen is to create a life she wants. She stephs in queendom. It might take you 50 years like it did for me. But it's the journey getting there that is fun.
7) Humility is most important. Be Humble and communicate with humility not arrogance. Respect others for their ideas and thoughts. Do not be threatened by others creativity and strengths. It's okay to rely on others for support and guidance
8) Fce challenges head on and it is okay to be scare but don't avoid issues. Take charge and plow through! Learn from challenges, do not have a pity party!
9) Own It - Good or bad take ownership. Don't blame others for your "boat sinking". Find solutions.
10) Be the BEST version of who you are - Find yourself and take it all in and LOVE YOU!
Queen Talk
1) Do NOT compare yourself to anyone! YOU are enough!
2) NEVER forget what has been given to YOU! Appreciate all Blessings! Be Thankful!
3) Appreciate the journey - look at how you have gotten were you are at!
